Mr. Sam Lunz-8th grade Science teacher and boys coach has won the Best Beard at West Ridge contest. The students voted on their favorite beard and raised approximately $300 by donating their silver change and dollar bills this past week. Mr. Jason Gray-6th grade special education teacher came in a close second with Mr. Vickers taking third place. Since Mr. Lunz won the contest, he gets to choose the charity for the total amount raised. He has chosen Austin Smiles http://www.austinsmiles.org/. Way to go Sam!
